Guarantee access to Poça da Dona Beija by purchasing your tickets online through our official website: bookings.pocadadonabeija.com.
Both printed and digital tickets are accepted.
The ticket includes access to the different areas for thermal baths / pools at Poça da Dona Beija, to the support facilities, and to the souvenir shop. At the entrance to the shop, a basket is available for you to place your belongings. Cold water showers are included in this set of services.

Validity and deadlines
Once the ticket is purchased for entry into Poça da Dona Beija, the customer can enjoy the space for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges, returns, or refunds of purchased tickets or services are not permitted under any circumstances.
Reduced mobility access
The premises of Poça da Dona Beija are prepared to receive visits from people with reduced mobility. However, it is important to note that there is no appropriate access to the pools (access to the pools is only through stairs/steps).
In this context, it is clarified that Poça da Dona Beija does not provide accompanying staff.
Access to minors
The entry and stay of minors is allowed on the premises, with the proper accompaniment and supervision of an adult.
If the conditions mentioned above are not proven, Poça da Dona Beija reserves the right to deny entry.

Rich-iron thermal water lowers blood pressure, so pregnant women, babies, the elderly, people with low blood pressure or other health problems should first consult a doctor about whether and/or how long they may stay in our pools/ stream.
Nails and hair
Nails and nail varnishes may change color. Dyed, bleached hair (or similar and specially blonde) may irreversibly change color. It is recommended to use a shower cap.
Jewelry and fashion jewelry
Clothing and textiles
To remove / minimize traces of iron, it is recommended to wash swimwear before drying.

Compliance with the rules of use will make the experience, in this pleasant place, beneficial for all and in harmony with Nature.
- WARNING:
- Take a shower before and after entering the pools/stream
- Do not drink the thermal water

- Avoid bathing if:
- You are pregnant
- You are debilitated
- You have had recent surgery or trauma
- You have an unhealed wound
- Suffer from any chronic illness
- NOT ALLOWED:
- To bring food or eat on the premises.
- To enter with alcoholic beverages or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
- To enter with glass containers
- Underage admissions, without adult supervision
- Bringing pets is not allowed, except assistance dogs.
- Playing ball games, cycling, skates, rollerblades and/or similar
- To be topless or nude
- To damage any part of our landscape.
- Leaving belongings in unauthorised places (fences, changing rooms, etc.)
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), except near ashtrays
- Causing noise pollution
- To swim, jump or dive into the pools/ribeira
- To bath in the hot spring or in the water supply canal
- Using soap, detergents, and/or any other products, both in the pools/stream and in the outdoor showers
- The use of swim diapers is mandatory.
- To leave the pools with clay/iron-rich mud.
Filming and reporting within the premises are subject to prior approval/authorization.
Please be careful before taking pictures or filming, in order to respect the privacy of other visitors.
The use of drones to capture images/videos throughout the premises, including the parking lot, is expressly prohibited.
